I love the fact she’s a normal woman and not one of those steroid taking flexibeasts and she makes me feel like i could get her body simply by doing exercises and being sae.

Hi Alycia, great video! Just wondering, I have a terrible cold at the moment, I keep going hot/cold, difficulty breathing and constantly blowing my nose – just wondering should I exercise when I’m feeling like this, if I should what should I do and what should I eat and drink?
