I have done a lot of video/DVD workouts over the years, starting with Jane Fonda in the 80s, The Firm, Cathe Friedrich, Jari Love, P90X, etc…and I love them all but this is definitely the one that gives you the most bang for your buck. I like weights but I also like that there are no accoutrements with this workout, it’s just you and your sweat. I love P90X, but hated all those damn pull-ups. This workout is really, really hard but the exercises are very straightforward and achievable. I love it
